Service Description

Calling all young stars! Join us for a fun-filled morning where creativity takes the spotlight! In just one exciting session, kids will: ✨ Learn a fun, high-energy dance routine 🎥 Star in a short movie they help create 🎭 Boost confidence, imagination & teamwork 🎉 Link to the final film will be sent home within 48 hours, to share with family & friends! No experience needed—just bring comfy clothes, water, and your best dance moves!

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: By signing up your child/ren to our Summer workshops you agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Cancellations: - If you cancel before 15th July you can receive a full refund. - If you cancel before 21st July you can receive a 50% refund. - Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations made after 21st July - If your child is unwell on the day of the workshop then the cost of the workshop will be credited to a future workshop - please note this cannot be used against our termly classes. Please note that all refunds are subject to a processing fee. Thank you for your understanding. In the event that the workshop is cancelled then a full refund will be offered and no processing fees will be deducted. Attendance, Collection and Absence: - Children must arrive and be collected promptly. - Where possible, please inform Bethany if your child cannot attend. - Please advise us in writing if a different adult than usual is collecting your child or if they have permission to arrive & leave the workshop independently (11+). Medical/Behaviour/SEND: - Any medical, behavioural conditions or SEND must be stated upon booking and it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to update the office of any changes in writing. This includes emergency contact details. If Charters Dance staff feel that your child is not fit and well enough to partake in the workshop then parents will be contacted for immediate collection. - If your child has an episode of sickness, they cannot attend a Charters Dance workshop until 48 hours after the last episode of sickness. Behaviour: - All participants must adhere to the Charters Dance Code of Conduct. Dress Code: - All participants must wear clothing they can move in (e.g. leggings/shorts and t-shirt) and suitable footwear such as trainers, jazz shoes or ballet shoes (no sandals, crocs or flip flops please). - All hair must be off the face and long hair tied up. Food and Drink: - Participants may bring a drink and a small snack. - Drinks should be brought in a named leak proof water bottle (no fizzy drinks please). - No snacks containing any NUT products. Other: - Charters Dance accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings while on the premises. - We accept no liability for any injuries sustained whilst participating in a class or on the premises.
