Time to dance...
Delivering high quality lessons, we endeavour to progress children through the examinations set by the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) and ISTD (Imperial Society Teachers Dancing) regularly. These are syllabi employed by dance schools world over and develop skill levels from basic grades to
Charters focuses on inspiring confidence and
interactive skills in the beautiful form of dance and
theatre, allowing each student to reach
their full potential whilst most
importantly having fun.
Dancing and performance go hand
in hand, we encourage parents to
watch once a term to appreciate
their children's hard work and
dedication. We present a bi-annual show
where the children are transformed into
west-end stars, with bright costumes

Principal: Charters Dance
Growing up in Preston, Lancashire, Rachel discovered dance at the age of five and quickly ascended through the grades of Ballet, Modern, Tap and Jazz at her local dance school.
After being awarded a place at the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) in Battersea, Rachel moved to London in 2003 to study the Art and Teaching of Ballet.
Graduating with honours in 2006, she worked as a teacher for the RAD in Sydney, Australia, before moving back to England in 2007 to form her classes for children aged 2-4, Little Wrigglers in Teddington, and later Englefield Green.
